The “Dreamcatcher” is a Native American traditional artifact, probably inspired by the spider web.

On March 5, 2005, I came across this particular web at Ridgefield NWR, and it was soaked with raindrops.  Like strings of pearls, these drops helped highlight the web’s design and beauty lines.  The Dreamcatcher concept jumped out at me. I could see why native Americans used this type of design as a meditation aid.

There was nothing else I could possibly call this image.
